The Award honors individuals and institutions with an outstanding contribution to the mission of promoting greater mutual understanding, civil society cooperation, and improving connectivity between the people of Asia and Europe. The award was received by general secretary Dr. Peter Witterauf at ASEF Board of Governors’ meeting in Bucharest, Romania.

We would like to extend our gratitude to ASEF and give thanks the longstanding and fruitful partnership. This award is an incentive to continue the mutual efforts in order to promote the connectivity and partnership between Asia and Europe.
