The 32 participants consisted of high school students from different schools, different student councils and different provinces from Nan, Chiang Mai and Phayao, as well as university students. They said that they had learnt and obtained new useful knowledge on democracy, which they had not known before. Apart from knowledge, the participants gained experience. They were eager to get to know the other students, and exchanged their points of view on different topics concerning democracy. The students expressed their impressions and were glad to have the opportunity to attend this training workshop. They intend to explain and discuss what they have learnt with other students in school, in their villages as well as in their provinces. They like to expand knowledge to others to let them correctly understand the concept of democracy. Some participants even got the inspiration to develop their local community in the future. Some participants promised to bring their knowledge from the workshop to develop their local community.
