On 24.-25 April 2023, we hosted a workshop for civil society organizations on the topic “Child Protection”. Mr. Bernhard Egger, Superintendent of the Bavarian Criminal Police, gave useful insights on Cyber- and Cyber-Related Crime directed towards Online Exploitation and Abuse of Children from the perspective of the Bavarian Police.

Participants included NGOs and the Shelter for Children and Family of many provinces which are at the forefront of child protection, especially online child protection and victim assistance in Thailand. 

The purpose of this workshop is to identify key problems and find solutions as a collective in order to improve the situation of online child protection in Thailand.
