From November 8 to November 12, 2021, the Royal Thai Police, together with the Bavarian Special Response and Training Police and the Hanns Seidel Foundation, organized the Train the Trainers Workshop on the Philosophy of a citizen-friendly Police - Communication and Conflict Management. The aim of the Workshop consisted in providing 50 selected police officers from the Royal Thai Police with the practices, methodology and philosophy of the Bavarian Police represented by Deputy Police Chief Andrea Seitz and Police Captain Andreas Dietl.

The five-day Workshop dealt with principles of communication and conflict management and showed the approaches and standards of both German and Thai Police. Moreover, instructive presentations alongside selected roleplays provided opportunities to apply and consolidate concepts introduced during the workshop.
