Module Development for a citizen-friendly Police Training based on the Philosophy of the Bavarian Police” from 21st – 25th November 2022

Together with the Royal Thai Police, the Hanns Seidel Foundation Thailand invited Police Chief Director Manfred Gigl and Chief Inspector Andreas Dietl of the Special Response and Training Police Bavaria to give insights on police training with modules. “Module Development for a citizen-friendly Police Training based on the Philosophy of the Bavarian Police” from 21st – 25th November 2022 is aimed to enhance the curriculum of the Royal Thai Police educational centers most notably the Royal Police Cadet Academy and Central Police Training Division.

We would like to express our gratitude Police Lieutenant General Senit Samransamruatkit, Commissioner of Royal Police Cadet Academy for opening the workshop where cooperation is strengthened and friendships formed between the Royal Thai Police and the Bavarian Police.

Later during the week, Police Chief Director Manfred Gigl and Chief Inspector Andreas Dietl of the Special Response and Training Police Bavaria had the opportunity to exchange their experiences during the conference with the Advisor to the Commissioner General, Pol.Lt.Gen. Nirundorn Luamsri at the Royal Thai Police Head Quarter. Pol.Lt.Gen. Nirundorn Luamsri appreciates the close cooperation between the RTP, the Bavarian Special Response and Training Police and the Hanns Seidel Foundation in the field of Modular Citizen Friendly Police Training for the Royal Thai Police Force. Furthermore, they had the chance to visit the Central Police Training Division in Salaya and the 191 Emergency Call Center.
