After over 8 years of implementing the Land Law 2013, land administration has significantly contributed to a robust legal framework for effective land use, fostering socio-economic development. MONRE has meticulously reviewed over 100 laws related to land, gathering input through seminars and workshops. As part of the Drafting Committee and Editorial Board, ISPONRE is set to release a Thematic Publication on Land Administration in April 2023. This publication aims to swiftly disseminate critical information, fostering awareness and contributing to the refinement of the legal framework for Land Administration.
