3rd Webinar on the topic “International Trade and Development”

The Webminar on “Social Market Economy” with sub topic on “International Trade and Development” was chaired by Mr Ousavanh Thiengthepvongsa, Deputy Director, Center for Training and Information, Lao Academy for Social Economic Sciences (LASES). Prof. Dr. Hansjoerg Herr from Berlin School of Economics, delivered the presentation on” International Trade and Development” followed by a discussion among all participants.

Beside participant from LASES, there were also representatives from the Lao Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business from the National University of Laos, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Institute of Industry and Commerce, and the Academy of Finance and Accounting.
