The Session was open and chaired by Mr. Ousavanh Thiengthepvongsa, Deputy Director, Center for Training and Information, Lao Academy for Social Economic Sciences ( LASES).

The sub-topic of this seminar "Labour Market and wage Development-Experiences for German Social Market Economy" was presented by Prof. Dr. Herr from the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Additionally, Mr. Khamphat Onelasy, Deputy Director of the Department of Labour Management, Ministry of Social Welfare of Lao PDR, also had the honor to deliver the presentation on "wages in Lao PDR" to compare and exchange experiences. At the end of the seminar, participants were able to ask questions.
