The authors of the publication are Dr. Soeren Keil and Prof. Dr. Andreas Heinemann-Grüder, who have regularly visited Myanmar and are experienced in working with different stakeholders on the topic of federalism.

This publication seeks to give readers an introduction to understanding federalism. It aims to be used as a preparation and reference document for seminars and workshops on federalism in Myanmar.
