Two-day workshop on “Forging Decentralization and Federalism in Myanmar” for the staff of the Hluttaw in Nay Pyi Taw

Twenty-five officials of from the Hluttaw joined the workshop

Altogether 25 officials from Pyithu Hluttaw, Amyotha Hluttaw and Pydaungsu Hluttaw joined this workshop. The workshop was led by Dr. Soeren Keil and focused on the concepts of federalism and what it means for Myanmar. He also discussed the role of the civil service in federal states. We would like to thank the officials from Hluttaw to give us a chance to conduct this workshop, and the participants for their active discussions.
