The publication is written in Myanmar and English and can be read simultaneously side-by-side, with the pages right next to each other. “Shades of Federalism, Volume 3” includes five articles written by international experts on federalism. The articles in this volume focus on Multinational Federalism, its opportunities and connected challenges

The "Shades of Federalism" is a cooperation between 50 Shades of Federalism and the Hanns Seidel Foundation - Myanmar.

50 Shades of Federalism is a project established in October 2017 at Canterbury Christ Church University to help inform debate about many issues related to the topic of ‘federalism’. Articles, written by some of the leading scholars and practitioners in the field, will be published on a weekly basis. Having identified five main themes – Case Studies, Conflict Resolution, Diversity Management, Policies and Theory – the central aim of this project is to provide succinct, easily accessible, high quality research articles free of charge.

This is the third volume of articles - more will follow. We will support the translation and publication of all the core articles of 50 Shades of Federalism in the future.
