The Parliamentary Information Brief No. 3/2021 consists of 17 articles discussing intellectual property in the context of digitalisation and globalisation, analysing relevant regulations and their implementation in selected sectors and industries in Vietnam, and reviewing intellectual property policies in some countries and providing recommendations for Vietnam. In addition to articles written by Vietnamese experts and researchers of the Library of NA of Vietnam, this volume also includes a paper by a research team led by Dr Soeren Keil – academic head of the Institutional Research and Consulting Center at the University of Fribourg. In their article, the research team explained challenges of and legislative solutions for copyright protection in the EU, with a specific focus on Germany.
