The participants, resource persons and organisers of the Myanmar Federalism Leadership Programme (MFLP) 2019 visited the Myanmar Union Parliament (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw).

The participants had the chance to meet with the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Joint Bill Committee and ask questions about their organisational structure and work.

After that they visited the Amyotha Hluttaw, the upper house of parliament, where they could learn about the roles and responsibilities of the Amyotha Hluttaw.

We would like to thank the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Joint Bill Committee for taking time to answer questions and to Amyotha Hluttaw for giving us a chance to visit.
