HSF and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights held a Workshop regarding the Techniques of Academic Writing for the Ministry’s E-Journal

From May 2 until May 4, 2019, legal drafters of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights participated in a Workshop in Tangerang regarding techniques of academic writing. The workshop aimed at capacity-building for the researchers in the relevant departments of the Ministry.

The Keynote Speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Widodo Ekatjahtjana, Directorate General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights

Research Workshop for Staff of the Ministry

The workshop was structured to improve the skills of legal drafters in the Ministry. It focused on research and writing techniques. During the three days of the workshop, the experts provided valuable input for the participants.

The legislation journals of the Ministry have an important role to play with a view to the dissemination of information on government policies in the fields of law and legislation.

Internal and external experts of the Ministry presented to the participants and provided training in interactive sessions. The workshop was very well received by 30 participants from the Directorate General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. They were able to train their skills and use new techniques. Articles will be published in the upcoming editions of the ministry’s E-Journal (Jurnal Hukum).
