Then there was a presentation of the educational Programme of the Landtag. This included explanations how the visitor service at the Landtag works and how specific groups such as pupils and students are approached and integrated by the educational programme. The Landtag of Bavaria receives nearly 10 000 pupils and students for their educational programme each year. The educational programme not only facilitates the visits and political education, it also operates a simulation / role play of the Landtag. This means participants will take on the role of members of parliament and simulate a Parlament session. The aim of the simulation is that participants learn how to be a politicians and how to develop and prepare legislation by doing it. The delegation had also the opportunity to observe a simulation with over 60 pupils at the Landtag.

The parliamentarians also visited the HSF headquarters in Munich and met with Prof. Dr. Ursula Männle (middle), chairwoman of HSF.
