Hanns Seidel Foundation supports the annual visit of the Bayerische EliteAkademie to Hanoi

In their third visit to Hanoi from 4th to 7th October, the Bayerische EliteAkademie provided 35 Bavarian students with the chance to meet and understand Vietnamese cultural and economic representatives. The visit to the capital of Vietnam was part of a two week study tour, named AuslandsAkademie, which also led the scholars to China.

Highlights of the trip included a special invitation of the German Ambassador to Viet Nam, Christian Berger, to the German Embassy’s reception of this year’s German Unification Day. With support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation and framed by a cultural program, the group visited representatives of German companies in Vietnam and the German AHK as well as staff of German diplomatic representations and the Goethe Institute in Hanoi.

The Bayerische EliteAkademie is a foundation of the Bavarian economy. Since its establishment 16 years ago, the institution aims to prepare exceptional students in tasks of leadership, especially in the private sector. The goal hereby is to foster an elite level of high performance and responsibility. Hanns Seidel Foundation in Vietnam has been supporting the annual AuslandsAkademie since 2014.
