ENPC describes itself as a technical support network that supports political parties in Shan State. The two days of the workshop were designed to discuss the key terms and concepts related to Federalism, to apply those to the Myanmar situation and to debate the issues and opportunities of federal concepts in Myanmar in the light of the current peace process.

Dr. Soeren Keil provided international expertise on Federalism and Conflict Resolution for the workshop.
