CPG’s Academy on German Public Law & the German Constitutional System

From November 15 to November 26, 2021, the Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance, with the support of the Asian Government Foundation and the Hanns Seidel Foundation, delivered the second CPG Online Winter Academy on German Public Law & the German Constitutional System. The Academy’s objective was to provide distinct modules, each of which explored the German Public Law system comprehensively. 

Moreover, leading academics and practitioners facilitated the transfer of in-depth knowledge and ideas during the Academy which helped working towards a public law of good quality and discussing foundations and fundaments, alongside prospects and challenges of the German constitutional state. The majority of the participants are currently studying at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, besides several professionals from various business sectors.
