The event brings together various national technical experts and practitioners from INGOs and NGOs that work on the topic of decentralisation and federalism. They all have a solid understanding of the concepts and the discussions focus on developing contents to support the currently discussed principles of federalism at the peace process. Todays' focus is on health and education. This means how should the powers and competencies in those sectors be structured in a potential federal Myanmar and where are the underpinning issues for such a decentralisation?

We thank all the partners and participants for their engaging support.
