HSF implemented a four-day workshop on “Refresher Training with Visitor Service Staff from the Hluttaw (Myanmar Parliament) in Nay Pyi Taw from 2nd to 5th July 2019.

More than 50 participants from the Hluttaw visitor service and other interested staff of different departments from Pyithu Hluttaw (lower house), Pydaungsu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw (upper house) joined this workshop.

The workshop was led by Mr. Martin H. Petrich who is experienced in international tour guiding, also in Myanmar. In addition guest speakers from Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon National Museum were sharing their knowledge. The workshops included group discussions as well as practical exercises to improve methods and contents of the tours through the parliament.
