The 8-week Management Course for Executive Level Officials No. (3) was organised in CICS, Lower Myanmar. HSF supported a one week training under the title “Design and Operation of Multilevel Systems and Subnational Good Governance.”

Prof. Dr. Andreas Heinemann-Grüder (University of Bonn, Germany), Ms. Thea Bächler (University of Fribourg, Switzerland) and Dr. Su Mon Thazin Aung (Institute for Strategy and Policy- Myanmar) moderated the training for the week.

We would like to thank UCSB for giving us a chance to cooperate in the high-level training programme. We also would like to thank the resource persons and give special thanks to the participants who contributed a valuable and interactive discussion.
