From 30th September to 3rd October, Hanns Seidel organized a four-day program comprising two components: a parliamentary roleplay and a review of the Visitor Service Manual for the parliaments in Naypyitaw.

In preparation to the parliamentary simulation, the participants drew up a draft manual on different topics, tailored to different target groups. Subsequently, the simulation was played out in a group session. On day 3, a group of school children from Mandalay visited the parliament, and participated in the training session.

Mr. Frank Burgdörfer, who is an expert for parliamentary education and planning supported the entire week of seminars.
