Scientific journals play an important role in the dissemination of legal information, legislation, or government policies in the field of legislation. However, legal drafters from regional offices in Indonesia still hardly contribute to such journals because they lack writing necessary skills. That is why HSF started a program focusing on enhancing their skill set. In the current workshop 30 legal drafters participated - those in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, both central and regional, as well as legal drafter who serve in local government. The workshop included sharing of information about knowledge on writing guidelines in the form of practice on scientific writing theory, layout technique and script editing, as well as practice both of these substances.
