Under the auspices of the “Microfinance Capacity Building Program” anchored on the Dual Training System Competency-Based Education (DTS CBE) approach, a select group of microfinance experts and practitioners convened on 17-19 August 2016 in Manila to refine and validate the Training Regulations (TR) of the Microfinance Technology (MF Tech) Program, specifically, the National Certificate (NC) II (for Loan Officer, which has been upgraded to NC III and for promulgation by the Board of the Technical and Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA) and NC IV (for Supervisory Officer). The activity was facilitated by Mr. Edwin Maglalang of TESDA.
