Celebrating 15 Years of HSF Vietnam: Strengthening Partnerships for the Future
Since opening its office in Hanoi in 2011, HSF Vietnam has worked closely with Vietnamese partners to promote good governance, sustainable development, the rule of law and international cooperation. Over the past fifteen years, the Foundation has established a broad network of partnerships with government institutions, universities, research organisations and civil society, creating platforms for dialogue and the exchange of international experience.
A special honour during the anniversary reception was the presentation of a Certificate of Merit to HSF Vietnam by Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Hùng, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) and Vice Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations. The award recognises the Foundation's long-standing contribution to strengthening cooperation, friendship and mutual understanding between Vietnam and Germany.
The celebration was honoured by the participation of Helga Margarete Barth, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Vietnam, together with representatives of Vietnamese partner institutions, embassies, international organisations and long-standing collaborators. The evening provided an opportunity to celebrate shared achievements, reconnect with partners and look ahead to future areas of cooperation.
The anniversary marked not only an important milestone for HSF Vietnam, but also reaffirmed the Foundation's long-term commitment to promoting policy dialogue, institutional cooperation and sustainable development. Building on fifteen years of trusted partnerships, HSF Vietnam will continue working with Vietnamese and international partners to address shared challenges and contribute to Vietnam's future development.
