The 3rd Parliament Information Brief of 2025 from the Office of the National Assembly comprised 12 essays offering an overview of e-commerce in Vietnam. Leading experts and researchers provided in-depth analyses of the opportunities and challenges of e-commerce in the context of Vietnam's digital economy and national competitiveness. This publication provided information on the legislative framework for e-commerce and consumer rights in Vietnam and internationally, as well as recommendations for building a safe, transparent and sustainable e-commerce environment in Vietnam. It served as a scientific reference for National Assembly deputies when discussing the draft Law on E-commerce.
