The first publication of 2025 focused on the development of science and technology in Vietnam following the enactment of the Science and Technology Law in 2013. It compiled numerous articles that thoroughly analysed resources, institutions, and key stakeholders, including research institutes and enterprises involved in the advancement of science and technology and the promotion of innovation in Vietnam. Additionally, best practices from leading countries such as Germany, the US, Korea, and Japan in this field were also presented to tackle the remaining obstacles of the draft Law on Science, Technology, and Innovation.
