The booklet presents lessons and knowledge acquired through exchanges between community leaders, local administrators and academia. The exchanges occurred during which 4 projects were carried out as follows: 1. Financial management for integrated community and local welfare project, which is a cooperation between Hanns Seidel Foundation and University of Phayao, 2. Workshop titled "Knowledge management for informal labours' health promotion in Phayao (social security). 3. Workshop titled "Knowledge management for informal labours' helath promotion in Phayao (Organization). 4. The workshop entitled "Approaches for developing collaboration in local welfare provision: the case of Nan province".
