This publication highlights ongoing initiatives stemming from Conclusion 56-KL/TW by the Politburo in 2019, directing the implementation of Resolution 24-NQ/TW. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's Party Committee entrusted ISPONRE to lead a comprehensive 10-year review of Resolution 24-NQ/TW. Reviews in this publication evaluate the resolution's implementation and proposes strategic directions for climate change response, resource management, and environmental protection.
