This publication provided discussion papers and suggestions such as: State management of teachers in Vietnam; policy and regulations to develop the teacher workforce; wages and allowances policy for teachers in Vietnam; Vietnam's legislations on private teachers; and best practices from Korea, Germany, Finland and Australia in education and developing teacher workforce are also introduced to the public.
