To close the virtual workshop chapter, on June 17, 2025, the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand and the German Bundestag, in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Thailand, successfully organized the 3rd International Parliamentary Cooperation Workshop on Parliamentary Administration, focusing on "Public Participation and Petitions." The workshop took place in the conference room of the Thai Parliament, with virtual participation from German counterparts.

From June 12-13, 2025, the School of Political and Social Sciences at the University of Phayao collaborated with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Thailand to organise a joint capacity-building workshop titled "Capacity Building on Local Governance for Gender Equality" at M2 Waterside Hotel in Phayao Province. This two-day programme brought together 20 representatives from government agencies and local administrative organisations across Phayao and Lampang provinces to enhance their understanding and practical skills in promoting gender equality within local governance frameworks.

In support of Regulation No. 3 of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) under the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka/Free Campus of Free Learning (MBKM) policy—which enables students to pursue learning experiences beyond their academic program for up to three semesters—the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) facilitates University of Lancang Kuning (Unilak) students to participate thematic community service (KKN) initiatives focused on addressing climate change impacts.
