In light of the heightened advocacy towards the country’s shift to a federal form of government, a Regional-Level Policy Dialogue on “Federalism 101” was held on 29 June 2019 in Cagayan de Oro City covering Northern Mindanao.
The training was held on June 26 to 28, 2018 in Cagayan de Oro City.

On 01 June 2018, the Community-based Dialogues (CBD) Project held a Regional-Level Policy Dialogue on the theme “Federalism and Charter Change: The NEDA Perspective” as a back-to-back activity with the conduct of the pilot training on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights for Northern Luzon held in Baguio City.
