Study Tour on Bavarian Citizen-Oriented Police Training: A Successful Collaboration
During this intensive five-day seminar, participants from the 2nd BBP and five representatives from the RPCA engaged in a comprehensive exchange of knowledge and practices related to modular police training. The focus was on developing case-based scenarios pertinent to daily police operations, all while emphasizing adherence to human rights standards.

Therein the seminar provided an in-depth look at how modular training modules are designed and implemented, including the creation and application of case-based scenarios that reflect real-world policing challenges. Moreover, insights were shared on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and methods for managing stress in high-pressure situations. The seminar concluded with the 2nd BBP presenting their final practical oral exam, showcasing their acquired skills and knowledge to their peers.
