HSF Vietnam and ISPAE Renew Partnership for Sustainable Development

The Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) Vietnam and the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Agriculture and Environment (ISPAE) have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), reaffirming their long-standing partnership for the period 2026–2028. The renewed agreement provides the framework for continued cooperation in promoting evidence-based policymaking and supporting Vietnam's sustainable development.

As Vietnam accelerates its green transition and implements ambitious climate and environmental policies, effective cooperation between policymakers, researchers and international partners is becoming increasingly important. Building on many years of successful collaboration, HSF Vietnam and ISPAE will continue to combine international expertise with policy dialogue and capacity building to support practical and sustainable policy solutions.

Under the new MoU, both organisations will work closely on key priorities, including the circular economy, the blue economy, carbon management and other initiatives supporting Vietnam's transition towards a greener and more resilient economy. Through joint research, expert workshops and policy dialogues, the partnership aims to strengthen knowledge exchange and contribute to the development of effective environmental and climate policies.

The renewed partnership also reflects the shared commitment of both organisations to fostering long-term cooperation and supporting Vietnam's environmental and sustainable development agenda. By bringing together research, policy dialogue and international experience, the cooperation seeks to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and facilitate the exchange of international best practices.

The Memorandum of Understanding marks another important milestone in the long-standing cooperation between HSF Vietnam and ISPAE. Together, both organisations look forward to further strengthening their partnership and contributing to evidence-based environmental policymaking and sustainable development in Vietnam over the coming years.
