Police forces are typically tasked with the responsibility of executing the use of force to guarantee a country's inner security. Their social integration enables them to respond effectively and empathetically to suspects. The connection between police forces and their society is therefore essential. Especially to foster citizens’ understanding and acceptance of law enforcement.

Through an exchange of experiences between the Bavarian Special Response and Training Police and law students from the Thammasart University Rangsit Campus, a bilateral exchange in policing practices was achieved. The German Police Director Manfred Gigl as Chief of the Training Center and lecturer Captain Ralf Eireiner, shared experiences in Citizen oriented Policing and Training in Bavaria, which fostered a professional dialogue and learning environment for the Thammasart students.
