Counseling Training
Telephone Counseling Training for Cyber Crime Hotline Officers

On November 11 and 12, 2021 our partner, the Internet Foundation for the Development of Thailand, together with the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau, the Nitivajra Institute, and the Hanns Seidel Foundation held the first session of the “Telephone Counseling Training for Cyber Crime Hotline Officers” with an aim to provide participants with valuable insights into prevailing topics on Cyber Crime to ensure effective and careful communication skills. The second session will be held on November 29 and 30, 2021.

Three proficient and admirable lecturers from the Faculty of Medical Doctor Thammasat University, Thammasat Hospital, Dr.Wanida Paoin, Pediatrician, Dr. Tiraya Lerthattasilp, Lecturer, Child Adolescent Psychiatrist, Dr. Nalinee Cherwanitchakorn, Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician, and Miss. Opor Srisuwan, Child Project & Women Empowerment Project Coordinator, provided the participants with theoretical as well as pragmatic knowledge concerning cyber bullying, deep listening & empowerment, depression, and self-care.

Moreover, the participants had the opportunity to actively engage in applying and practicing knowledge through case-studies and hands-on workshop activities.
