Strengthening National Security: Countering Cybercrime & Crypto-Fraud. The Hanns Seidel Foundation is proud to host a vital information exchange session at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin Hotel from April 23-25, 2026.

We are bringing together top international experts in cooperation with the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) to address the evolving threats from special crimes and cyber-enabled offenses. The next few days are packed with intensive learning and collaboration: Deep Dives into Crypto-Crime.

- Our sessions will explore the development of border-based scammer tactics and the laundering of criminal proceeds along Thailand's borders. Building Stronger Networks. 

- A key focus is "Strengthening Cooperation Between DSI Personnel and Stakeholder Networks" to ensure a unified front against transnational crime. By sharing lessons learned and developing clear guidelines for international cooperation, we are working toward a safer digital and physical future for Thailand.
