Parliaments are the heart of a democracy. The HSS is committed to parliamentary exchange worldwide. Together with the German Bundestag and the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand, we support parliamentary exchange in Thailand and worldwide. Exclusively, Hanns Seidel Foundation's Chairman, Markus Ferber, introduced the opening ceremony, before the MoU was signed by Dr Axel Neubert (HSF) and Secretary General of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand, Arpath Sukhanunth. Through the MoU both parties desire to strengthen the cooperation between the legislatures of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Federal Republic of Germany. Furthermore, intercultural understanding and solidarity will be promoted.
